How Can I Tell If You are Dehydrated? Have you ever wondered if the answer lies in understanding the subtle signals your body sends when it’s in need of a hydration boost. Dehydration occurs when your body loses more fluids than it takes in, and being able to recognize the signs is crucial for maintaining optimal health.

One telltale sign of dehydration is thirst. Your body’s ingenious way of signaling that it requires more water is through the sensation of thirst. Pay attention to this basic yet vital cue, and reach for a glass of water when you feel thirsty.

Another indicator on How Can I Tell If You are Dehydrated?  Is the color of your urine. Dark yellow urine can be a sign that you need to increase your daily water intake.
