Starting with the lower body, burpees activate the quadriceps, hamstrings, and calf muscles during the explosive jump. I'm very flexible with my clients you can take your workout anytime, anywhere you like. Once I set you up, your workout will be assigned to you and you can follow along on demand from the app or portal. You can track your progress, workout at your own schedule, have access to me, my online facility 24/7 and much more.
